  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • We offer refunds on products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. If you believe that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.
  2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at tacbe9007@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, to process your refund.  The request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner, they have advised it takes them 4~7 business days to process the refund.
  3. Refund Approval:
    • Once we have received and reviewed your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • If your refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to return the item to us. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure that the item is returned safely and securely.

    • Orders that have already been processed and shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  6. Damaged or Missing Items:
    • If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or a description of the missing items to process a refund or replacement.
