We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 4 – 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
